Our prep kitchen is in North Nottinghamshire however we cover a wide area including: Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Derbyshire & South Yorkshire. Other areas are by arrangement.

Don’t worry! At your consultation we will discuss the facilities you have and come up with an appropriate menu that can be cooked to perfection. If you are hiring us for a holiday cottage we can speak to your hosts to get this information make sure all is good before we arrive.
This is no problem. We will work with you to create the perfect food for you event. Our set menus are there as inspiration for you, if there is a dish you would like to include then we will discuss this with you, make sure that you have the facilities to do your dish justice and then include it in your menu..
Boxes can be kept in the refrigerator for 3 days (including day of delivery).
Boards and Tables will remain good for 4 hours after setup. At which point the perishable foods should be disposed.
Boxes can be collected from DN22, when your order is confirmed we will let you know the available collection slots.
Boards & Tables will be delivered for free within a 5 mile radius of DN22. Anything over this distance a delivery charge will be made. This change will be calculated at point of order.
Your board or table will be laid out at your event^ for you and your guests. If you would like to add more impact and add height and flowers/foliage* to your table this can be arranged for a charge.
^the client is responsible for providing a suitable table at the venue for the graze to be served on.
*an inventory of equipment will need to be signed by the host and any breakages will need to be paid for.
Biodegradable cutlery and plates can be provided at £2.00 per person
Standard White crockery is used for The Private Chef services. If you would like us to use your crockery and cutlery this can be arranged at the point of consultation. Any breaksages of crockery, glass wear or serve wear will be charged at £6.50 per item.
Payment for boxes and boards will be required at point of order.
For tables & private chef services a 50% deposit will be required at point of order with the balance due 4 weeks prior to the event. Once the full balance is received we are unable to accept any further changes.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer any refunds due to the nature of the products we offer.
Any allergies or dietary requirements need to be notified at point of order. Whilst we take every effort to accommodate these requirements we cannot guarantee cross contamination has not occurred. The following allergens are present in the preparation kitchen:
